Job summary

GMV is seeking a software development lead to drive technical leadership of a team building Command and Control systems for defence projects. You will guide software architecture, coordinate activities across the lifecycle and ensure quality across multidisciplinary teams.

The candidate will combine hands-on programming with team coordination, delivering robust solutions in a highly collaborative environment and contributing to international projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering or related field with 4–6 years of software development experience.
• Hands-on programming with technical team coordination.
• Strong experience in object-oriented development using .NET and C#, applying design principles and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and coordinate a team of software developers, organizing activities and supporting their growth.
• Contribute to software architecture design, define technical solutions and develop components using .NET and C#.
• Plan and supervise development activities, identify risks and resolve technical challenges.
• Perform code reviews and promote best practices to ensure software quality and maintainability.
• Collaborate with systems engineering, integration and validation teams on requirements, estimation, testing and demonstrations.
