Job summary

GMV in Madrid is expanding its Defence aerospace team to develop and integrate embedded software and hardware for demanding navigation systems. You will contribute to turning R&D technologies into real-world solutions, working with experienced engineers under the guidance of a Technical Product Lead.

You will develop and test embedded software in C/C++, work with FPGA-based target hardware, and implement real-time state machines, with emphasis on integration, verification and documentation.

Qualifications

• For this position, graduates in Computer, Telecommunication or Aerospace Engineering with interest in embedded systems and C/C++ for aerospace applications.
• Knowledge of navigation systems, GNSS, inertial sensors, FPGA, RTOS, simulation or SIL/HIL is valued.

Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate embedded software and hardware functions for Defence aerospace programmes.
• Develop and test embedded software in C/C++ and work with FPGA-based systems.
• Implement real-time functions and state machines and contribute to testing and documentation.
