ADP is seeking a Senior Manager of Software Development for Global Payroll Convergence in a Hybrid Barcelona setting. You will lead development teams, coordinate with Product Management, Architects, and DevOps to ensure scalable, secure, and timely delivery of payroll software solutions.

You will drive Agile practices, manage KPIs, and foster a culture of continuous learning with GenAI-assisted development.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, engineering, or related field.
5+ years proven management experience.
Excellent communications skills and ability to work with multiple geographies.
Experience with GenAI tools (Copilot, AmazonQ) and agile development environments.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking and change-management capabilities.

Responsabilidades

Lead and grow Global Payroll Convergence Development teams in an Agile setup.
Collaborate with Product Management, Architects, and DevOps to align technical decisions.
Manage team KPIs on code quality, automation, security, and resilience.
Support roadmap delivery and stakeholder presentations.
Balance timelines, coding standards, and continuous learning.
