ADP seeks a Senior Manager Software Development to lead multiple global payroll convergence teams in an Agile setting. You will align product management with engineering, drive architecture decisions, and ensure scalable, secure delivery across geographies.

You will oversee team KPIs on code quality, automation, and innovation, while fostering a culture of continuous learning and cross‑functional collaboration with Product Management and DevOps.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, engineering, or related field.
• 5–10 years proven management experience.
• Proven ability to maintain focus with multiple demands.
• Can-do mentality and fast learner.
• Eager to learn GenAI tools (Co Pilot or AmazonQ).
• Excellent communication and cross‑location collaboration.
• Comfort in performance-based, structured environments.
• Experience leading by example and developing talent.
• Experience in Change management and implementing new tech.
• Strategic view to foresee future developments.
• JIRA expertise to understand backlog and status.
