ADP is hiring a Senior Manager Software Development to lead Global Payroll Convergence Development teams. You will manage the Dev team, align with Product Management, Architects and DevOps to deliver on roadmap, and drive code quality, security, and innovation in an Agile environment.

You will collaborate with stakeholders worldwide, optimize performance, and mentor engineers while embracing AI development practices and continual learning in a fast-paced, hybrid work setting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, engineering, or related field.
• 5-10 years proven management experience.
• Proven ability to maintain focus and work effectively with multiple demands.
• Can-do mentality and fast, eager learner.
• Eager to learn new ways of working using GenAI tools like Co Pilot or AmazonQ.
• Excellent communications skills and fit to work with team members in different geographical locations.
• Comfortable working in a performance-based and structured environment while demonstrating high ethical standards.
• Leading by example, supporting team members in personal development, and challenging them to their best performance.
• Experience in Change management; essential to implement new technology and integration methods.
• Must be able to recognize basic procedural issues as they arise and elevate to the appropriate level.
• Strategic view to foresee future developments.
• JIRA expertise to understand backlog, dependencies, reporting on status

Responsabilidades

• Agile – support team to work agile; first point of contact for escalations; monitor progress with Jira Software/Jira Align.
• Lead – 5+ years of team leadership; develop people and foster inclusive environment; standout engagement.
• Development – two-week sprints; align with PM on roadmap; focus on code quality, security, and innovation; embrace AI Development Life Cycle.
• Continuous Learning – autonomous role; stay current with technologies and learn.
• Presentations – present and defend team’s approach to leadership; collaborate with Global Product and Technology teams.
