ADP seeks a Senior Manager Development for Global Payroll to lead multiple Convergence Development teams in an Agile environment. You will collaborate with Product Management, Architects and DevOps to deliver the roadmap, manage KPIs on code quality, automation, security and resilience, and report to the Senior Director, Global Payroll Development.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, engineering, or related field.
• 5-10 years proven management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple demands with focus.
• Can-do mentality and fast learner.
• Experience with GenAI tools like Co Pilot or AmazonQ.
• Excellent communication skills and fit to work with teams across locations.
• Comfortable in a performance-based environment with high ethics.
• Leading by example and developing team members.
• Experience in Change management and implementing new tech.
• Ability to identify issues and elevate appropriately.
• Strategic view to foresee future developments.
• JIRA expertise to manage backlog and reporting.
