ADP is seeking a Senior Manager Software Development to lead Global Payroll Convergence Development teams. You will collaborate with Product Management, Integrations Architects and DevOps to deliver roadmap commitments.

Your role includes guiding multiple teams, managing KPIs for code quality, agility, automation, security, and resilience, while enabling high-performing delivery across geographies. The position requires strong leadership, deep Java stack experience, and proven ability to drive

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, engineering, or related field.
• 5-10 years proven management experience.
• Can-do mentality and fast, eager learner.
• Excellent communications skills and fit to work with geographically dispersed teams.
• Experience with GenAI tools like Copilot or AmazonQ.
