Job summary

Pluxee is seeking a Demand Generation Specialist to create, adapt, and optimize engaging digital content for local marketing campaigns, websites, and engagement channels. You will ensure content reflects Pluxee’s brand voice and drives performance across digital touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, digital media or related field.
• 2–5 years of content writing, digital marketing, editorial production, or copywriting in B2B SaaS/HRTech.
• Certification in Digital Marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) preferred.
• English fluent and Spanish native.
• Detail-oriented with campaign tracking, analysis and reporting accuracy.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Strong problem-solving to optimize campaigns.
• Effective time management and organization.
• Solid project management and ability to plan and monitor campaigns.
• Strategic thinking to align content with marketing goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation Content: take a lead role with ebooks, checklists, market reports, and more; develop a content strategy with SEO/GEO objectives.
• Innovative Content Formats: generate ideas for formats including AI, videos, podcasts, webinars, and other formats.
• Campaign & Channel Content Support: write and update content for local landing pages, newsletters, campaigns, and employer branding; collaborate with local teams.
• SEO Optimization: work with Demand Generation Manager to optimize content for search engines and shift to organic lead acquisition.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting Support: use content dashboards and analytics tools to track page views and engagement.
