Job summary

Pluxee Belgium SA is seeking a Demand Generation Specialist to create, adapt, and optimize engaging digital content for local marketing campaigns, websites, and engagement channels, ensuring the brand voice resonates with the audience.

You will collaborate with content managers, campaign teams, and creative partners to drive performance across channels, focusing on lead generation, SEO, and analytics to support growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in content writing, digital marketing, editorial production, or copywriting (B2B SaaS/HRTech preferred).
• Certification in Digital Marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) preferred.
• English fluent and Spanish native.
• Detail-oriented with campaign tracking, analysis, and reporting.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Solid project management abilities to plan and monitor campaigns.
• Capacity to think strategically and align content with marketing goals.

Your next challenge

Key responsibilites will include:

• 1. Lead Generation Content : Take a lead role in creating diverse content formats such as ebooks, checklists, market reports, and more, contributing to effective lead generation. Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with SEO/GEO objectives, defined with the Demand Generation Manager and CMO.
• 2. Innovative Content Formats : Generate fresh ideas for engaging content formats, including AI, videos, podcasts, webinars, and other creative approaches to captivate our target audience.
• 3. Campaign & Channel Content Support Write and update content for local landing pages, newsletters, lead-generation campaigns, and employer branding efforts. Collaborate with local digital, sales, and product teams to ensure marketing messages are clear and compelling.
• 4. SEO Optimization: Collaborate closely with the Demand Generation Manager to optimize content for search engines, supporting the shift from paid to organic lead acquisition.
• 5. Performance Tracking & Reporting Support Use content dashboards and analytics tools to track page views, engagement, and content usage.

You are a match

• - Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
• - 2–5 years of experience in content writing, digital marketing, editorial production, or copywriting, particularly in the B2B SaaS or HRTech industry.
• - Certification in Digital Marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) preferred.
• - English fluent and Spanish native.
• - Detail-Oriented to ensure accuracy and precision in campaign tracking, analysis, and reporting.
• - Analytical mindset with ability to dive deep into data to support your decisions.
• - Strong problem-solving skills to identify challenges, develop solutions, and overcome obstacles in campaign optimization.
• - Effective time management and organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks.
• - Solid project management skills to effectively plan, execute, and monitor performance marketing campaigns.
• - Capacity to think strategically and align content creation with both short-term and long-term marketing goals.
