Product Pulse in Barcelona is seeking a Principal Game Developer to evolve the games architecture, implement high-quality features, and ensure outstanding performance. You will collaborate with designers and artists to elevate gameplay while shaping the technical direction as the project scales.

You will lead investigations, drive architectural improvements, and analyze new tools and pipelines to enhance development collaboratively with a cross-disciplinary team.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in game development.
• Excellent in Unity in production environment (Addressables, Remote Settings, CDN, Online features).
• Deep understanding of mobile gaming, game mechanics, gameplay, UI/UX.
• Experience in game programming patterns and creating generic modules.
• Professional level of English.
• Flexible, autonomous, proactive, accountable, excellent teamwork and communication skills.

The Principal Game Developer will bring deep technical expertise to evolve the games architecture, implement high-quality features, and ensure amazing performance. You will collaborate closely with developers, designers and artists to continuously elevate the gameplay experience, while also helping to define the technical direction as it scales.

Your responsibilities:

• Design and implement robust, scalable and performant gameplay systems and architectures
• Lead technical investigations and experimentation to propose new features
• Drive technical decisions and propose architectural improvements that support the games path
• Work closely with designers, artists, and other developers to create engaging game experiences
• Identify and evaluate new tools, technologies, and pipelines that can improve development

What we are looking for:

• 10+ years of experience in game development and potential to move the game forward
• A true game maker and passionate about making games
• Excellent in Unity in a production environment: Addressables, Remote Settings, CDN, Online/Social features.
• Deep understanding of mobile gaming, game mechanics, gameplay, UI/UX
• Experience in game programming patterns and creating generic modules
• Professional level of English
• Flexible, autonomous, proactive, accountable, excellent teamwork and communication skills
