Gameloft Barcelona is seeking an experienced Senior Game Designer to lead the design vision for multi-platform games. You will direct tone, gameplay, and meta-structure, and manage a design team to ensure a cohesive player experience across the title.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, prioritize features, and guide progression systems while prototyping in Unity or Unreal. A hybrid model, strong leadership, and knowledge of the gaming market are expected.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience in game design, including lead or principal GD positions.
• Released a minimum of two titles as lead/principal/senior game designer.
• Experience with 3Cs and gameplay systems design for PC/Console genres.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the game vision with studio stakeholders.
• Direct tone, gameplay, and meta structure focusing on innovation.
• Lead the design team to ensure a cohesive experience.
• Coordinate with level design for progression synergy.
• Anticipate and mitigate threats to quality and innovation.
• Collaborate with Art, UI, Tech, Online, Data, Audio, Production, HR.
• Allocate resources and roadmap with managers and producers.
• Participate in recruitment for game designers.
