CoverGo, a leading insurtech platform, is seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer to drive the technical vision of our enterprise-grade SaaS. You will lead a team of engineers, mentor peers, and own end-to-end delivery from design through deployment in a fully remote environment.

You will shape AI integration, evaluate new models and tools, enforce coding standards, ensure security, and align technology with business goals.

Formación

• Demonstrated leadership experience directing engineering teams.
• Extensive hands-on full stack development with modern web stacks.
• Proficient in Node.js, Vue.js, GraphQL, MongoDB, Docker, and TypeScript.
• Experience building AI-driven features and AI model integration.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud).
• Solid grasp of TDD, OOP/SOLID, security, and scalable design.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end development of the SaaS platform from design to deployment.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor Full Stack Engineers.
• Define and drive the AI integration strategy with product and data teams.
• Evaluate AI models and APIs and oversee AI POC projects.
• Translate requirements into technical solutions with stakeholders.
• Set architecture direction, coding standards, and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and promote automated testing.
• Identify technical debt and drive optimization efforts.
• Champion security and regulatory compliance across the stack.
• Stay current with tech trends and recommend adoption where relevant.
