Workato is seeking a Senior Go Engineer to join the Workato Genie team. You will develop mission-critical features and services for the Enterprise AI platform, including AI chatbot dispatching and balancing synchronous and asynchronous execution.

You will build high-performance gateways, work on logging/monitoring infrastructure, and collaborate with Infra, SRE, and AI teams to ensure high availability and scalable architectures. Remote-friendly and globally distributed teams.

Formación

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering or related field is required.
• 8+ years of industry experience with strong Go backend experience (4+ years at backend).
• Experience with building and scaling distributed, highly available systems; Ruby on Rails is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build high-performance gateways and routing components.
• Develop server-side infrastructure for logging and monitoring.
• Work with Infra and SRE teams to ensure high availability and scalability.
• Collaborate with AI team to design features for a new AI assistant.
• Contribute at all phases of the development lifecycle; write clean, testable code.
• Investigate alternatives and technologies and present for architectural review.
