Labhouse, Barcelona-based startup building AI and productivity apps, is seeking a Lead Mobile Developer to own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from architecture to deployment.

You will define technical guidelines, mentor junior developers, and ensure scalable, high-performance apps. The role includes integrating AI models via APIs and collaborating with design, product, and marketing teams.

Remote work across Spain is available; Barcelona office option two days a week.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Flutter and Dart for mobile app development.
• Experience with AWS and/or GCP, including deployment and scalability.
• Familiarity with Firebase services (Firestore, Auth, Storage, Functions).
• Experience designing architectures and evaluating tech approaches for products.
• Proven leadership or mentoring experience in development teams.
• Excellent English communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end mobile product development lifecycle from architecture to deployment.
• Define technical guidelines and coding standards for scalable apps.
• Mentor junior developers and grow the engineering team.
• Integrate AI models into apps via APIs and ensure performance and reliability.
