Leadtech Group is seeking a Senior AI Frontend Engineer to own from ideation to scale, combining UX/UI mastery with AI-powered development.

You'll design architecture, build a reusable component library, and ship high-conversion landing pages, while introducing AI-native tools and experiments to improve product metrics across the portfolio. Flexible remote work or Barcelona presence offered.

Formación

• 5+ years of frontend engineering and strong TS/React experience.
• Excellent sense of UX; can justify typography, spacing and motion with examples.
• Proficient in Figma; designs responsive, accessible interfaces that scale.
• Design systems and component APIs built to last and scale.
• Prototype vs production decisions; standalone vs growing codebases.
• AI-native mindset with skills or automation to reduce repetitive work.
• Understand conversion drivers for marketing pages and funnels.
• Solid backend basics: Node.js/Express, REST, PostgreSQL. Independent and collaborative.

Responsabilidades

• Take products from ideation to launch and scale with end-to-end ownership.
• Prototype quickly, test with users, and iterate based on learnings.
• Scale successful features while maintaining performance and quality.
• Own frontend architecture, component library, and design system.
• Develop high-converting landing pages, checkout flows and paywalls.
• Embed AI in development: LLM-powered features and automation.
• Instrument features, run experiments, and analyze funnel data.
