DL Remote is seeking a Mobile Platform Engineer in Berlin to own the architecture of a scalable mobile app and drive high-quality, AI-enabled development. You will build shared components, champion best practices, and mentor engineers while collaborating with product, design, and backend teams.

You will work onsite in Berlin with an on-demand remote option, and relocation is supported. A strong background in Dart/Flutter and mobile DevOps is essential to deliver a robust, performant platform.

Formación

• Production-grade software delivery at scale with architectural responsibility.
• Extensive Dart and Flutter experience.
• Hands-on mobile DevOps, CI/CD, app store deployment.
• Interest in applying AI to the engineering platform.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own the mobile application's architectural integrity for scalability, maintenance, and performance.
• Develop and enhance shared components, libraries, and tools to streamline mobile development.
• Promote practices that drive high quality and productivity across the team.
• Partner with AI to integrate agentic models directly into the mobile platform.
• Provide mentorship to engineers and foster ongoing growth.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams for unified experiences.
• Identify and fix performance bottlenecks to ensure a fluid app.
• Establish comprehensive testing protocols (unit, integration, UI).
