Labhouse, a Barcelona-based startup, is seeking a Product Lead & Data Analyst to work alongside the CEO, turning data into the apps of tomorrow. You’ll partner with leadership to ideate, validate, and launch new mobile apps using a data-first mindset, analytics, and experiments to guide product roadmaps.

You’ll design KPIs, dashboards, and A/B tests, turning raw data into compelling product narratives. A proactive, autonomous mindset, strong SQL, statistics, and experience shaping product

Formación

• 2-4 years of experience as a Data Scientist, Data Engineer, or Data Analyst who transitioned into product
• Strong analytical foundation: SQL, statistics, experimentation, and product metrics (CAC, LTV, retention, ARPU)
• Genuine product mindset—you question data and propose what to build next
• High agency, ownership, and bias for action
• Comfortable working directly with founders in a fast-paced environment
• Strong proficiency with AI tools to accelerate workflow
• Passion for UI/UX and Apple-like product experiences

Responsabilidades

• Work hand in hand with the CEO to ideate, validate, and launch new mobile apps
• Drive product decisions on existing apps using data, experimentation, and user insights
• Define and track metrics that matter: activation, retention, monetization, LTV
• Design and analyze A/B tests, onboarding flows, and monetization experiments
• Translate raw data into clear product hypotheses and roadmap priorities
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing to ship fast and iterate faster
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, prototyping, and decision-making
