Labhouse is seeking a Lead UI/UX Artist to define how design is done in the company, overseeing the end-to-end process from research to production-ready assets for mobile apps. You will own the design lifecycle and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across products, working closely with Product and Development teams to deliver impactful features.

Formación

• Degree in Art, Graphic Design, HCI, or related design field.
• End-to-end UX/UI design experience from discovery to UI execution.
• Mobile app design experience (iOS & Android).
• Experience with apps launched from scratch with millions of users or high impact.
• Strong visual design sense with color and composition.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Define how design is done in the company in an end-to-end role.

• Deliver UI designs from prototype to production-ready views for integration.
• Own and evolve design systems for scalability and consistency.
