Job summary

ABB Robotics seeks a senior leader to own the enterprise platform strategy, focusing on SAP S/4HANA transformations. You will drive business-led ERP initiatives, align processes and data with the target operating model, and ensure value realization across ABB Robotics.

In this role, you will partner with IS and business leaders to govern roadmaps, standardize platforms, and guide cross-functional change across a global organization in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise platform transformations in global organizations.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale ERP transformations.
• Strong understanding of business processes, data and operating models.
• Ability to lead cross-functional transformations across business and tech.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with enterprise-wide decision making.
• Excellent stakeholder management, including senior executives without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the enterprise platform strategy, roadmap and governance.
• Lead business ownership of ERP/S/4HANA and ensure requirements integration.
• Drive standardization and simplification to enable scalable solutions.
• Align stakeholders across the organization to drive decisions and outcomes.
• Ensure adoption and value realization from platform transformations.
• Manage platform dependencies and scalability across roadmaps and programs.
• Lead and develop the Platforms team across a network of stakeholders.
