GEA Group in Alcobendas (Madrid) is seeking a Project Manager to lead the execution of complex engineering and industrial projects. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders to deliver projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities include planning, coordinating departments and suppliers, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and quality, while ensuring customer satisfaction and financial performance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or similar field.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
• 4+ years of project execution experience, ideally as Lead Engineer or Group Manager.
• Strong MS Office, Power BI, ERP proficiency; MS Project a plus.
• Solid understanding of project finance and contract management.
• Spanish (native) and English C1 mandatory; French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize and control assigned projects from handover to final acceptance.
• Coordinate internal departments, suppliers and customers to ensure successful project execution.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead customer communication and stakeholder management.
• Monitor project financial performance, including costs, margins and cash flow.
• Manage project reporting, change orders, claims and risk mitigation actions.
• Ensure compliance with GEA processes, quality standards and sustainability guidelines.
• Drive continuous improvement and capture lessons learned for future projects.
