iGEBC is seeking a Civil Engineering Project Lead to plan, coordinate, and supervise large infrastructure work on multiple sites in Madrid. You will develop master schedules, allocate resources, monitor budgets, and ensure safety and quality standards are met daily.

The role requires a BS in Civil Engineering, 5+ years of site supervision experience, and proficiency with MS Project or Primavera. You will report to the site management team and collaborate with clients, designers, and contractors

Formación

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum five years supervising multiple site teams on large projects.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and resources in multi-front construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction standards, contract administration, and risk management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency with MS Project or Primavera and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and coordinate projects, maintaining master schedules and resource plans.
• Review drawings and submittals, ensuring conformance to design and codes.
• Provide site guidance to engineers, oversee multi-site execution.
• Interface with clients, designers, and subcontractors for progress reviews.
• Coach engineers and drive process improvements on site.
