GEA is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join a dynamic, multicultural team and lead electrical and automation solutions for international projects. The role involves design, commissioning, and site supervision across multiple countries, with significant travel and strong focus on safety and regulatory compliance.

You will work with Project Managers and Engineers to ensure quality documentation, vendor coordination, and successful FATs, while promoting innovation and best practices within

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Automation or related field; master’s considered an asset.
• Strong background in electrical engineering with automation knowledge and control systems.
• 2+ years experience in industrial engineering projects including electrical design, installation supervision, and commissioning.
• Experience with electrical design software and standards (IEC, UL) is required.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement electrical and automation solutions for international projects.
• Travel internationally up to 45% for commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with customer specs, GEA standards and local regulations.
• Prepare and update engineering documentation per quality procedures.
• Coordinate tendering and procurement for electrical cabinets and site installations.
• Supervise assembly, FAT, and on-site electrical activities.
