Formación
- Bachelor or advanced degree in IT, business, or related specification.
- 5+ years of people leadership, product/service management, program management, or similar role.
- 2+ years in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated healthcare technology industry.
- Understanding of software development and service delivery methodologies.
- Understanding of solution, information and process architecture.
- Ability to create clarity about outcomes generated by teams.
- Exhibits lean & agile mindset.
Responsabilidades
- Develop engineering team capabilities to meet project goals and vision.
- Maintain sustainable work pace and healthy dynamics.
- Co-create product/service roadmap with Product Manager.
- Lead end-to-end delivery and ensure alignment with quality standards.
- Remove impediments, manage risks, and communicate progress.
