Roche is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team focused on ERP ASPIRE program capabilities and sustainable SAP solutions. You will guide career development, remove roadblocks, and ensure the team delivers with quality while aligning with the product roadmap.

You will work with Product Management, manage stakeholders, and drive architectural governance to enable a lean, agile delivery culture across the value stream. Kaiseraugst-based leadership role with global impact.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in people leadership, product/service management, program management, or a similar role
• 2+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated healthcare technology industry
• Understanding of software development and/or service delivery methodologies
• Understanding of solution, information and process architecture
• Ability to create clarity about outcomes generated by teams
• Exhibits a lean & agile mindset
• Exhibits servant and creative leadership (VACC) behavior
• Demonstrated experience building high performing teams
• Have a keen IT market focus and passion for major trends in the discipline
• Demonstrates executive presence, business acumen, and tolerance for ambiguity
• Manages risks progressively and focuses on delivery across boundaries
• Ability to empower teams and individuals to act autonomously
• Exhibits curiosity and integrity with a passion for innovation
• Proven experience leading a dedicated function of ERP Architects
• Ability to align architecture across programs, especially ASPIRE
• Strong background in architectural governance and design definition

Responsabilidades

• Lead capability development for engineering teams and define career journeys
• Remove roadblocks and set clear performance goals for the team
• Ensure the team develops the right skills and healthy dynamics for current and future challenges
• Maintain sustainable pace and healthy team dynamics while delivering
• Foster psychological safety and open communication
• Escalate impediments to protect team focus
• Co-create the Product/Service Roadmap from a technical perspective with the Product Manager
• Be accountable for end-to-end delivery of features and alignment with roadmap
• Set clear focus and priorities for delivery, ensuring quality standards
• Regularly update stakeholders on progress and risks
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to boost efficiency and quality
• Support detailed business cases for new products/features
• Allocate engineering, design, and other resources to maximize impact
