Roche is seeking a Data Scientist to contribute to the design and development of next-generation Enterprise Search architectures. The role focuses on Generative AI, LLM-based applications, and scalable data services to optimize search performance at enterprise scale.

Formación

• Master’s degree or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience developing predictive models and leading analytical modules.
• Track record delivering analytical tasks with high quality and timeliness.
• Experience solving moderately complex data science problems and fitting contributions into data architectures.

Responsabilidades

• Lead model development, feature engineering and evaluation for ML/AI-enabled search solutions.
• Drive experimentation including agentic AI approaches and RAG evaluation frameworks.
• Develop and deploy intelligent agentic architectures to enhance enterprise search.
• Evaluate LLMs for business contexts and optimize prompts for search queries and responses.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business challenges into scalable analytical solutions.
