Roche is seeking a Team Lead Engineering Content Search and Knowledge Management to develop team capabilities and align with the function's vision. You will support career journeys, remove roadblocks, and drive performance management while enabling efficient collaboration across stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor or advanced degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in people leadership, product/service management, or similar roles.
• 2+ years in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated healthcare tech industry.

Responsabilidades

• Lead engineering capability development and career progression for the team.
• Maintain sustainable team pace, psychological safety, and healthy dynamics.
• Co-create the Product/Service Roadmap with the Product Manager and oversee end-to-end delivery.
• Define success metrics, analyze capability trends, and drive process improvements.
• Manage budget, headcount, and vendor contracts while ensuring financial responsibility.
