Roche is seeking an IT Software Engineer - RDT Engineering Excellence & Experience to lead strategic technical initiatives and mentor teams. The role requires deep expertise across multiple technology areas, setting high standards for code quality and security, and removing obstacles for delivery teams.
You will provide global-level support for digital product development, oversee Atlassian platform administration, and drive automation using Python and AI-enabled tools to improve productivity
Formación
- Proven track record as a Senior/Lead Engineer or DevOps/Platform Specialist.
- Experience handling L2/L3 escalations for enterprise digital tools/platforms.
- Experience coordinating with internal teams and external vendors/contractors.
- Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration to solve organization-wide technical problems.
- Proactive in anticipating future technical challenges and opportunities.
Responsabilidades
- Provide strategic technical guidance and set direction for digital product development.
- Demonstrate deep hands-on expertise in essential domains: Java Fullstack, DevOps, or SaaS platform administration.
- Administer Atlassian Cloud/On-Prem, configurations, workflows, and integrations.
- Handle L2/L3 escalations, driving complex troubleshooting to resolution.
- Leverage Python for automation and AI-capable workflows to streamline operations.
- Define tasks for teams and drive mid-to-large initiatives at Product Line level.
