Celestica seeks a Lead Engineer, Electrical Design to work with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure robust product development. You will enhance designs with feedback from manufacturability, test, reliability and simulations.

You will develop new electrical systems, create schematics and BOMs, test and validate designs, and provide support through manufacturing. Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years’ related experience are typical requirements.

Formación

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in a relevant engineering field.
• 1–3 years of related experience in engineering design.
• Experience in similar roles within electronics or systems engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop and implement technical solutions across multiple areas.
• Lead small projects and coordinate with other engineers.
• Review customer documentation, conduct research, and run experiments with minimal direction.
• Create technical proposals with clear timelines.
• Design, modify and implement systems including schematics, BOMs and diagrams.
• Test, simulate, measure performance and troubleshoot systems.
