You will focus on software, sequences, and automation, owning the tester intelligence while teaming with hardware, product design, manufacturing, and quality. This role blends software leadership with hands-on testing.

Formación

• Experience developing software for automated test systems in manufacturing or validation.
• Strong coding in Python, LabVIEW, or C# for test automation.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and work with hardware teams.
• 3–5 years of related experience in electronics/telecom/engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Lead software design and implementation of automated test solutions and data collection.
• Translate requirements into test strategies and technical plans.
• Create proposals and estimates for new opportunities and engineering changes.
• Debug tester and integration issues using DOE and data-driven methods.
• Collaborate with product design to improve testability and product quality.
• Support manufacturing ramp-up by stabilizing test solutions and improving yield.
• Participate in technical discussions with customers and internal stakeholders.
