Quest Global in Barcelona seeks an Electrical Design engineer specializing in cabinets and cable harnesses for wind projects. You will create/modify technical docs, perform heat/power calculations, and contribute to BoM, schematics, and cable schedules.

Ideal candidates have knowledge of UL/IEC standards, familiarity with ePlan P8, and strong communication in English in a diverse, collaborative environment.

Formación

• Strong knowledge and experience in electrical cabinets and cable harnesses design.
• Experience with wind-domain cabinet and harness designs.
• Ability to prepare BOM, wire charts, schematics, and cable schedules.
• Knowledge of test procedures, pre-FAT & FAT support.

Work Experience

• Strong knowledge & experience on the typical Electrical Cabinets and Cable Harnesses design
• Knowledge on the project specific cabinets and cable harnesses design for Wind Domain
• Cabinets heat and power calculations
• Experience in preparing BoM, creating wire chart, schematics, cable schedule, loop drawings, As-built drawings & markup preparation.
• Knowledge about the cable trays, cabinets base frames & foundation details
• Knowledge on the test procedures, pre-FAT & FAT support
• Deep understanding of the standards like UL/IEC/AUS-NZ
• Knowledge about the ePlan Electic P8 software would be added advantage
• Knowledge about PLM.
• Commitment towards work & Strong communication skills
• English
