You will oversee platforms like Salesforce CRM and Power BI, ensure data governance, build dashboards, and develop a high-performing team in a hybrid, permanent role.

Formación

• 5+ proven experience in a similar managerial role within data operations or BI.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Power BI.
• Solid understanding of data management, reporting environments, and business information systems.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong business acumen with a commercial/marketing orientation.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical data/reporting solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands‑on, proactive, solution‑oriented approach.
• Comfort with dynamic environments and multiple systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the Data Operations and BI function within the organization.
• Oversee management, optimization, and continuous improvement of key platforms (Salesforce CRM, Power BI, SBD 360, Nexmart, etc.).
• Ensure data quality, governance, and usability across commercial and business information systems.
• Drive development and maintenance of Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Translate business needs into effective data and reporting solutions for sales, marketing, and management.
• Partner with commercial and marketing teams to align systems with priorities.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reporting capabilities.
• Lead, coach, and develop the team within the department.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners on data sources and systems.
• Strengthen data visibility and business insight for faster decision-making.
