Screeningeagle is seeking a motivated Business Intelligence and Reporting Manager to join our Business Systems team in Málaga. You will transform complex data into reliable semantic models, reports, and dashboards to support Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, Production, and other functions.

You will design scalable Power BI solutions, build semantic models, write DAX and T‑SQL, and ensure data quality. The role requires strong English, the ability to challenge requirements, and collaboration across

Formación

• Experience building Power BI reports and semantic models.
• Strong knowledge of dimensional modeling and star schemas.
• Proficient in DAX, Power Query, and T-SQL.
• Experience with ERP/CRM data integration and data quality.

Responsabilidades

• Designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards
• Building and managing scalable Power BI semantic models
• Designing fact tables, dimensions, relationships, and star schemas
• Developing reusable DAX measures
• Writing and optimizing T-SQL queries
• Preparing and transforming data with SQL, Power Query, and Power BI
• Integrating data from ERP, CRM, Excel, APIs
• Validating and reconciling data against source systems
• Challenging unclear requirements and identifying real business problems
• Training and supporting BI users across departments and countries
