Job summary

IREN Group is seeking a Planner Lead to coordinate its Spanish data center development schedule, consolidating milestones across internal teams and external partners.

The role supports the Development Director with schedule visibility, governance-ready reporting, and continuous improvement of planning tools to scale across Europe.

Fluent Spanish and professional English are required, with substantial experience in infrastructure or data center development projects.

Qualifications

7–10 years in project planning or programme coordination within infrastructure or real estate development.
Experience with development lifecycles, permitting, grid interfaces, land readiness.
Strong planning, reporting, and cross-functional coordination abilities.
Proficient with Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

Coordinate integrated development schedule across internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor progress, identify deviations, and prepare updates for the Development Director.
Consolidate inputs from land, grid, permitting, engineering, legal, finance, and procurement.
Maintain dashboards, risk logs, and milestone registers for governance reviews.
Support scenario planning and schedule analysis for permitting and grid milestones.
Facilitate planning meetings and promote disciplined cross-workstream communication.
