Drees & Sommer España seeks a Datacenter Project Construction Manager to lead planning, construction, coordination, and delivery of highly complex data center projects. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, oversee on-site contractors, ensure design and safety compliance, and guarantee on-time and on-budget execution in a mission-critical environment.

The role requires at least 5 years in data center construction, strong leadership, fluent Spanish and English, and willingness to travel

Formación

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.
• Advanced training or certifications in project management (PMP, IPMA, Lean, etc.) are a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project & Construction Management with Data Center experience within the last 5 years.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the project lifecycle—from acquisition and design coordination to construction, commissioning and handover.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, procurement and documentation to ensure delivery within scope, budget, and quality.
• Coordinate integration of electrical, mechanical, cooling and network systems typical of data centers.
• Manage on-site contractors, ensure safety compliance and technical standards.
• Provide project progress reporting, risk assessments, and stakeholder communications.
