TrendAI, the enterprise security arm of Trend Micro, seeks a Customer Success Technical Advisor to lead the technical journey for our enterprise clients within the Vision One ecosystem. You will be the trusted technical voice post-deployment, ensuring measurable cybersecurity resilience and rapid time-to-value.

You will guide platform adoption, upgrades, and feature deployments through strategic workshops, RCA-driven improvements, and cross-functional coordination to influence product roadmaps

Responsabilidades

• Strategic technical advocacy to enterprise clients.
• Outcome-driven management post-deployment focusing on security outcomes.
• Contribute to Customer Success Plan milestones for platform adoption and upgrades.
• Conduct regular architectural reviews and configuration audits of TrendAI platform.
• Lead proactive operations and enablement initiatives for customers.
• Design and deliver workshops and best-practice sessions for SOC/SIEM operations.
• Provide technical oversight during security events and advise on posture hardening.
• Perform RCA on complex issues and propose long-term improvements.
• Coordinate with Product Engineering, R&D, and Sales Engineering to influence roadmaps.
