Royal Caribbean International on board a cruise ship seeks an Executive Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping and laundry teams, ensuring cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation to brand standards across guest staterooms, corridors, and public areas.

The role reports to the Hotel Director and emphasizes coaching, training, scheduling, and budget management to achieve high guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Formación

• Minimum five to seven years managerial/operational experience in housekeeping and laundry operations of large 4 or 5 star hotels, cruise line or hospitality industry with supervision of 70+ employees and budgets over $1M.
• Shipboard experience strongly preferred and proven ability to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to brand standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, motivate and coach a team of Housekeeping and Laundry staff to deliver outstanding guest service.
• Oversee scheduling and budgets for Housekeeping and Laundry operations onboard.
• Ensure cleanliness standards and brand presentation in all guest areas and cabins.
• Develop training programs and succession planning for division staff.
• Coordinate with Hotel Director and shoreside teams to align operations with ship schedules.
