Responsibilities

• Regulate temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters.
• Maintain food logs and ensure portion control and presentation.
• Inform staff of menu specials and out-of-stock items.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, and motivating employees.
