Based in Costa d'en Blanes, Mallorca, you will oversee food preparation, maintain logs, assist in hiring and training, and ensure safety and quality across the kitchen, while upholding impeccable service and presentation for guests.

Qualifications

• Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
• Related work experience: At least 3 years.
• Supervisory experience: No supervisory experience.
• License or certification: None

Responsibilities

• Prepare special meals or substitute items.
• Regulate temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters.
• Pull food from freezer and thaw.
• Ensure proper portion, arrangement, and garnish; maintain logs.
• Inform Chef of excess food for specials; communicate menu items to staff.
• Prepare and cook according to recipes, standards, and checklists.
• Prepare cold foods.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating staff.
• Follow safety policies; report maintenance and safety issues.
• Maintain professional appearance; protect company assets.
• Address guests' service needs and respond to concerns.
• Stand or move for extended periods; lift up to 25 pounds.
