RED Engineering Tractebel Spain, S.L.U. seeks a Principal BMS Engineer to join its Madrid office and lead large building management projects for high-end data centres across Europe.

You will translate client BMS philosophies into robust control system solutions, coordinating with technical leads and vendors to deliver compliant, high-quality designs. Formación

• Grado or Máster en Ingeniería; registered with a Colegio Oficial de Ingenieros; working towards Chartered status.
• 6+ years of experience at Senior Engineer level or above; building automation and monitoring systems.
• Experience leading control system designs and documenting outputs.
• Ability to travel for international projects; familiar with Spanish health and safety standards.
• Knowledge of major vendors and multi-vendor environments (e.g., Schneider, Siemens, Trend).

Responsabilidades

• Lead large projects and coordinate engineering services for control systems.
• Develop designs and specifications for mechanical and electrical installations.
• Produce control system points lists and network diagrams.
• Write sequences of operation from MEP designs and discussions with engineers.
• Lead reviews of contractor proposals for design compliance.
• Attend Factory and Site Acceptance Tests and commissioning.
• Represent the company in technical meetings with clients and teams.
• Ensure calculations and drawings meet Spanish/European standards.
