RED, an international M&E consultancy, seeks a Senior BMS Engineer to be based in Madrid. You will work on cutting-edge hyperscale data centres across Europe, implementing client BMS philosophies, and growing your expertise under mentoring.

From day one you’ll contribute to designs, sequences, and operation documents, coordinating with clients and contractors, and advancing to lead roles on large projects while travelling internationally.

Formación

• Experience in building automation, instrumentation and monitoring systems.
• Knowledge of networks, network hardware, cabling and network security.
• Ability to review and lead control system designs and reports outputs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience travelling to international projects.

Responsabilidades

• Support production of designs and specs for new build mechanical/electrical installations.
• Produce points lists for Control Systems.
• Write Sequence of Operation documents.
• Produce specifications from templates and new sources.
• Create plan drawings, schematics, network topology drawings, and control diagrams.
• Prepare early-stage reports for client sign-off.
• Review Contractor proposals for compliance.
• Carry out condition surveys and produce improvement reports.
• Represent the company at technical meetings with customers and contractors.
• Attend factory/site acceptance tests and integrated systems tests.
• Attend commissioning activities during construction and completion.
