Bryden Wood seeks an experienced MEP Design Manager to lead delivery of critical infrastructure projects across Europe, with emphasis on hyperscale data centres. You will coordinate with architects, engineers and sub-consultants, manage budgets, schedules and client communications.

The role is based at our Barcelona or Madrid offices with a hybrid working model. A minimum of 10 years in MEP design and strong BIM skills (Revit, Navisworks) are required, plus fluent English and Spanish.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with at least 10 years as MEP engineer and design manager.
• Proven experience on international multidisciplinary projects, data centres preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; strong stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, providing clear and timely communication on project status, risks, and changes.
• Develop a deep understanding of the project requirements, objectives, and deliverables, using this knowledge to drive project planning and execution.
• Strong experience delivering complex building or infrastructure projects; Hyperscale data centre experience highly regarded.
• Coordinated MEP design inputs with architects, structural engineers, civil engineers, and specialist sub-consultants.
• Act as the primary MEP design interface for Clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of Local codes and international standards
• Create detailed project plans, work-pack schedules, and timelines to ensure efficient and successful delivery of all project elements.
