Siemens Gamesa is seeking a Manager/Team Leader to join the Bearing Module in the Onshore segment, based in Spain. You will lead technical cases independently, deliver bearing-focused solutions, and support supplier claims with root cause analysis expertise.

The role emphasizes cross-functional work, robust documentation, and proactive communication with customers to drive wind-energy reliability and performance.

Formación

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Extensive knowledge of bearing design, calculations and field performance.
• Over 5 years of proven experience in root cause investigations on large bearings, preferably in the Wind Industry.
• Experience in customer interactions regarding critical bearing topics.
• Fluency in English, written and verbal, with excellent communication skills.
• Strong documentation skills for investigations and findings, potentially for legal purposes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical cases independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams to find effective solutions.
• Deliver technical solutions that meet defined requirements based on technical norms and standards.
• Support supplier claims by providing expert knowledge in root cause analysis of large bearings.
• Engage with customers on critical bearing topics, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Combine technical requirements with commercial insights to develop innovative solutions for our customers.
