You will guide and mentor a team, manage cross-functional projects, and ensure the development of innovative wind turbines. The ideal candidate has a Master's in Engineering, strong leadership capabilities, and project management skills, ideally within the wind industry. This role offers flexibility and a dynamic working environment focused on sustainable solutions.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Engineering or related field required.
• Proven experience in leading teams with a positive role model mentality.
• Strong project management experience, PM certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders.
