Siemens Gamesa seeks a Lead Technician for its service hub. You will manage a team to plan and execute service, operation and warranty tasks on turbines, ensuring safety and KPI delivery. Your role includes coordinating resources, reporting to customers, and building strong customer and supplier relationships.

The ideal candidate has a technical diploma, leadership experience, and fluent English; Swedish is a plus. A driver’s license and health checks are required before employment.

Formación

• Experience in a leadership role within technical field.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Fluent English, Swedish a plus; driver’s license (B).
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced wind service environment.
• Health check and drug test may be required before starting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily management and supervision of service technicians.
• Plan and execute service, operation and warranty for turbines.
• Coordinate resource planning and work schedules with central planning.
• Ensure safety procedures, training, and risk assessments are followed.
• Provide monthly reporting to customers and maintain site documentation.
• Develop productivity and KPI improvements with Ops Manager.
