Nordex Group in Madrid is seeking a Group Lead Drivetrain and Machine House Developments to guide a team of Project Managers focused on grid code developments and to perform PM duties in the Customer area.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure budgets and schedules, and drive development from concept to serial production, including prototyping and certification.

The role emphasizes risk management, health and safety, and alignment with the VP and company strategy.

Formación

• M.Sc in Engineering or equivalent with PM training/certification.
• Experience leading project managers in wind industry.
• Strong planning and budgeting skills, with global project exposure.
• Willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of project managers across DTR and MHO modules.
• Coordinate development projects ensuring budget, timeline, and quality.
• Collaborate with Mechanical, Electrical, Software, and integration teams.
• Oversee development from concept to serial production, including prototyping and certification.
• Report progress to Vice President and manage risks.
• Ensure health and safety regulations.
