UCB in Barcelona seeks a Lead Full-Stack AI Product Engineer to help build an AI-powered precision medicine platform. You will own end-to-end development, from architecture to deployment, and collaborate with Translational Analytics to translate complex data into actionable insights.

You will contribute to AI capabilities, manage data security and access, and drive scalable, reproducible research workflows in a hybrid Barcelona environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering or related discipline.
• At least three years of software development experience, including building and deploying subscription-based web applications.
• Strong programming and software engineering experience using Python, R and SQL.
• Experience designing scalable cloud-based systems, containerized workflows and reproducible analytical data pipelines.
• Experience integrating AI into software products and analyzing multiple data types, including imaging data.

Responsabilidades

• Optimize design, build and maintain a secure, scalable web platform for precision medicine research and real-time data visualization.
• Expand current user interfaces, cloud-based services and automated analytical workflows that support reliable and reproducible research.
• Own testing, deployment, monitoring and maintenance, continuously improving the platform from prototype to production-ready product.
• Manage structured clinical and molecular data, ensuring traceability, version control and appropriate access.
• Contribute to expanding the platform’s AI capabilities and analysis of molecular, clinical and imaging data.
• Collaborate with scientific and technical teams to translate needs into accessible solutions and standardized data practices.
