Job summary

Aily Labs SLU is seeking a Lead AI/ML Engineer to join our AI Platform in Madrid. You will build and scale ML infrastructure, drive production-ready AI/ML systems, and mentor a growing team of engineers.

This role blends hands-on engineering with technical leadership across cloud, APIs, and data pipelines. You will lead a team of 4+ AI/ML engineers, shaping the roadmap and collaborating with Data Scientists, Product Managers, and other engineers to deliver scalable, impactful AI solutions for

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or related field.
• Strong Python, APIs, Docker/K8s, and cloud experience.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead technical initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end ML pipelines and data models autonomously.
• Contribute APIs, tools, and libraries used by 100+ AI team members daily.
• Lead complex projects from design to implementation and ensure quality.
