Aily Labs is expanding its AI Platform team in Madrid, seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to build scalable AI/ML infrastructure and production-grade pipelines. You will work with Data Scientists, Engineers, and Product teams to deploy robust AI solutions across our decision intelligence SaaS platform.

You will lead design and implementation of end-to-end ML systems, mentor junior engineers, and drive technical initiatives while ensuring high-quality, scalable software for enterprise customers.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML and production systems.
• Strong Python and API/DevOps tooling experience.
• Experience with K8s, Docker, and cloud platforms.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and lead projects.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement end-to-end ML pipelines (data->model->deployment->monitoring).
• Contribute to APIs, tools, and libraries used by AI teams.
• Design and implement ML infrastructure and pipelines powering enterprise decision-making.
• Lead technical initiatives from design to implementation (refactoring, standardization).
• Ensure code quality and maintainability of your own and the team’s work.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Engineers, and Product teams to deploy AI solutions.
