Aily Labs in Madrid and Barcelona is seeking a Lead AI/ML Engineer to architect and scale production-grade AI/ML systems powering enterprise decision intelligence.

You will lead a team of 4+ engineers, own roadmaps, mentor juniors, and collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and engineers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or a related field.
• Strong Python, APIs, Kubernetes, Docker, and Cloud experience.
• Mentor junior team members and lead technical initiatives.
• Own complex projects from design to implementation and standardization.
• Lead a team of 4+ AI/ML Engineers and own their roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to APIs, tools, and libraries used by AI teams daily.
• Communicate results, identify gaps, and explain product/AI decisions.
• Set technical direction and drive production-ready AI/ML systems.
