Aily Labs GmbH is seeking a MID AI/ML Engineer to help build and scale AI/ML infrastructure powering our decision intelligence platform. You will design data pipelines and productionize AI models, collaborating with data scientists and software engineers to deliver robust, scalable solutions across the business landscape.

We look for 3+ years of experience, strong Python, APIs, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud experience, plus a startup mindset and mentorship skills.

Formación

• 3+ years of AI/ML engineering experience.
• Strong Python experience.
• Experience with APIs, Docker/Kubernetes, and cloud environments.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain ML systems and data pipelines (data → model → deployment → monitoring).
• Develop APIs, tooling, and libraries used by the AI team.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and Engineers to deploy and scale AI solutions.
• Monitor production systems and communicate progress/technical challenges.
• Contribute to AI/LLM infrastructure and production-ready features.
